Reese's first Christmas
Well Reese's first Christmas has come and gone and by all accounts was a success. She was very spoiled by friends and relatives, but better now than later I suppose. I'm spending the day washing her entire new wardrobe of clothes that she received! She also got a new highchair and car seat and lots of new toys. So thanks to everyone!
This is the first year that Mark and I hosted Christmas dinner. We cooked a turkey with all the trimmings (with lots of help from Mark's mother!!) and it turned out beautifully. Mark's family was here and we took lots pf photos as you can see........

Very nice tree!
She's such a little cutie! We usually go to my parents' for Christmas dinner, but this year they elected to come to my house. (They're doing New Year's dinner.) It's only the second or third time I've ever cooked turkey and never one this big. Everyone said it was really good, and I made a big pot of soup (from scratch -- first time) and have leftovers for tonight and some frozen. Plus the parents took some home.
