Canada Day Weekend

Well the Canada Day weekend ended up being very busy for Mark and I. We started with a wedding on Friday eveneing and ended with a Canada Day bash at the cottage. Our good friends Jodi and Greg got married here in Saint John on June 29th and they were kind enough (or crazy!) to ask Mark and I to act as masters of ceremony. There was a little last minute stress as we scrambled to get the slide-show put together for them with pictures included from the ceremony, but we pulled it off, and from the feedback I heard, we did a pretty good job to boot! The ceremony was beautiful and we all had a blast afterward! Reese had an overnight visit with Cathy and Jeremy and they not only survived, they all did great!

Here are some pictures from the wedding....

The guys minutes before Greg made the plunge. Nice touch with the piper by the way!

Olivia and Morgan, the two most adorable flower girls ever!

Introducing Jodi and Greg Furlong!!!!!

I had to include this one since there never seems to be any pictures of Mark. In fact, of almost 200 pictures taken that day, Mark was in 3. Guess who's usually behind the camera???

The happy couple sharing a snuggle. I beleive the rye train had arrived.....choo- choo!

Mark, Jodi and Hege:

We had friends over for a bbq and some fireworks for Canada Day. As usual, Mark went way overboard on the fireworks, but it was quite a show! And yes Dad, they were *very* careful! Here's Reese posing with Auntie Shel:

And here she is all decked out for Canada Day:

This Dora car is her new favorite toy as you may be able to tell from the smiling and clapping:

And coming in for a close-up!
