Reese Randoms

These are just a few pictures we captured this weekend. We're trying to get more creative. Enjoy!

Dad and Reese checking out the river:

Heading back up the path to the cottage.

Havin' some fun in the sun at the beach.

Showing off her standing skills.

Floating in the river.

Awwwwwww, the happy little family:0)

Our Little 1 Year Old

As a 1 year old, Reese continues to be off the charts in terms of height and weight....above the 95th percentile for her weight (24lbs) and the 90th percentile for height. She's crawling very effeciently these days, so much so, I wonder if she'll ever walk! She stands well on her own now, so I figure the walking thing will soon come. Here are some pictures from our visit with the Bertels' and Reese's big birthday party!

She was less than impressed with the cake and the singing. A little overwhelming I suppose:0)

Warming up to it.

It's my party......

The heat has been on this summer, so Reese seems to spend a lot of her time in her little pool. Here are a couple gorgeous shots of her soaking up the rays in the pool.

Here are Reese's gorgeous cousins Peter and David posing at Meenan's Cove.

And Pete lounging on the deck at our cottage.

Reese at Meenan's Cove.

Kisses for Auntie Lauren!

And Reese enjoying her first popscicle!

Reese's Christening

Well we've had a very busy summer here. In July we had a wonderful visit with my sister and her family. They came to Saint John for Reese's christening and to celebrate her first birthday. And of course, shortly after, I returned to work. So I'm tardy getting these pictures posted, but better late than never!

We were so very fortunate to be able to have her christened right at our cottage. Shannon and Paul are the Godparents and it was a very intimate ceremony with just immediate family.

Here's mom, dad and our little angel:

And here we are with the new Godparents:

The actual blessing. Thank you sooooooo much Father Brian!

And the whole fam-damily. This was the best we could do with 2 toddlers, a 1 yr old, Maggie the dog, and a 10 second timer. Good job Mark!
