Happy 2009????

Just a quick post to let you know that we have not fallen off the face of the earth, but we have taken a nasty beating from Mr. Influenza 2009! He arrived with a vengance last Thursday and is STILL HERE! Hunter and I are mostly better now and poor Reese is in the midst of it as we speak. And the dear little thing does not do well with the flu:( Mark has escaped it so far, but please cross your toes, fingers, whatever you can for him! I'll leave it at that and will spare you pictures;)

Oh yeah, the sub-zero temperatures aren't helping either! -40????? Come on!!!!

Roller Skating

Well that's what Reese likes to call it. The rest of us call it figure skating, and this was Reese's first attempt at it. It was little more than marching on the ice while I held her up, but I'd consider it a success. You've got to start somewhere, right?

She looks pretty steady here, but I must confess, she has her boots on.



Ummmm, is Mom more excited than Reese?

It was my first time on the ice in ten years or more. I have to admit it felt pretty good!
